Strate Labs has closed: what happened and where to buy instead

Strate Labs sold peptides, SARMs and related products online. By late July 2026 the homepage at stratelabs.com carried a notice saying the business had permanently closed, citing a shift in the regulatory landscape.

The notice said pending orders would ship as scheduled or be refunded automatically, that order history had been removed, and that the site would go offline on 1 August 2026. In October 2026 the notice was still up at stratelabs.com and stratelabs.ca.

Separately, U.S. trade records show that a company named Strate Labs LLC, of Spring, Texas, was a respondent in a trade case Eli Lilly brought over tirzepatide products. It was found in default in 2024 and named in a cease and desist order in 2025. The closure notice does not mention that case.

Timeline

27 November 2023
The U.S. International Trade Commission opens investigation 337-TA-1377 on a complaint by Eli Lilly about products containing, or claiming to contain, tirzepatide. A company named Strate Labs LLC, of Spring, Texas, is among the respondents.^[4]^[5]
15 May 2024
Strate Labs and seven other respondents are found in default.^[5]
9 April 2025
The Commission issues exclusion orders and cease and desist orders. One cease and desist order is directed to Strate Labs.^[5]
9 February 2026
An archived copy of stratelabs.ca shows the store selling, with BPC-157, cagrilintide, retatrutide, semaglutide and SARMs on its homepage.^[3]
28 July 2026
An archived copy shows the closure notice: pending orders ship or are refunded, order history is removed, and the site goes offline on 1 August 2026.^[2]
October 2026
The notice is still up at stratelabs.com and stratelabs.ca.^[1]

What this means for buyers

If you had a pending order, the July notice said it would ship as scheduled, or be refunded automatically if it could not be filled. Keep your order and payment records until you have the refund or the parcel.
The July notice said all order history had been removed. If you saved lab reports for products you bought, keep them.
